Yes. Watches supplied through our authorised channel carry the original manufacturer's warranty, with the relevant documentation included.

It means genuine, brand-new product that's sourced through authorised channels in one market and sold into another. Grey market stock is still 100% genuine, but it may carry a supplier warranty from us rather than the manufacturer's international warranty.

Pricing is tiered by order volume — the larger the order, the lower the unit cost. Dropshipping and wholesale are priced differently, reflecting their different cost structures.

It depends on the order type. Wholesale is generally quoted ex-works, with shipping quoted separately. Dropshipping orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so shipping and duties are already built into the cost.

Wholesale orders typically take a couple of weeks to arrive, as they're shipped in bulk. Dropshipping orders are considerably faster, since they ship in small parcels directly to your customer.

We use established international express couriers as our standard carriers, along with regional postal services for certain destinations.

Wholesale shipments can be insured on request for a small percentage of the invoice value. Dropshipping orders are covered by our logistics provider's standard protection.

We open an investigation with the carrier immediately. Insured consignments are settled by replacement or credit; uninsured shipments are limited to the carrier's standard liability.

Yes. Every watch we supply carries a warranty matching the original brand's terms, generally one to two years, covering manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover water damage, battery replacement, general wear, or damage from accidental or improper use.

For authorised channel stock, the manufacturer's warranty applies directly. For parallel (grey) market stock, our own supplier warranty applies on equivalent terms.

Faulty watches can be returned to us for repair under warranty. Our support team will guide you through the process and keep you updated.

We don't offer refunds for a change of mind, unsold stock, or other invalid reasons. Faulty or defective items are always covered under warranty.
